The Mind Code session utilizes Emotion Code and Body Code modalities while you are under hypnosis for a more overall healing session. I will take you through a hypnotherapy session along with using Emotion Code and Body Code techniques to release any attachments that no longer serve you. These modalities are based on muscle testing and can help aid in the release of deep rooted or underlying blocks with in the body with out interfering with the hypnosis process.

Hypnotherapy works by inducing a trance state that allows one to experience a relaxed state and turn their attention inward to discover and utilize resources within themselves that can help them achieve desired behavior or physical changes. Eventually, a client learns to address their states of awareness on their own and gain greater control of their responses.

It’s recommended to commit to 6 sessions total. This allows for the proper time and space to enable yourself to open to the depths that create long lasting shifts and permanent changes.

Chakra Balancing is a form of energy healing that focuses on channeling energy into the seven chakras. When we talk about healing chakras we are referring to healing your energetic body. A seven week course is offered; one week for each chakra. $35 for each chakra/session. Purchase one session for each week you would like to continue.

Learn to expand and open to the energy within and around you. Utilize breath work to raise your personal power and heal your body. The body has the power to heal it self and it starts within the mind; which is cleared with your breath.
